We authored the Defense Health Agency (DHA) policy for facilities projects and maintenance in order to standardize the sustainment, restoration, and modernization of DHA’s global facilities portfolio. This task included facilities portfolio performance metrics that monitor and forecast condition of facilities based on projected funding and degradation. Additionally, we modeled capital investment profiles for several funding scenarios for Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) enterprise portfolio.
